Tips to Assist our Families to REDUCE the RISK of COVID-19:

  • Be aware of the signs: cough, fever, shortness of breath

  • Instruct client to contact his or her primary care physician

  • Talk with your loved one about using online shopping and delivery

  • Talk with client to ensure he or she has enough groceries and medication on hand.

  • Keep our older adults away from the public

  • Encourage visitation by phone, facetime, video and check on our loved ones often

  1. Do you have enough food, medication and supplies?

  2. Do you feel physically? Do you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath?

  3. Are you feeling worried or anxious about anything?

  4. What do you need help doing?

  5. Are you sleeping well?
