Teresa Lopez
Teresa found her passion in life, caring for elders, 35 years ago when she began working at Eden Home in New Braunfels, Tx. She's followed that passion by advancing her education to earn a Master’s in Health Care Administration with a specialty in Geriatrics.

Lucha Silva
Lucha Silva, Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine, began working with eQuality as a caregiver in 2015, "climbed the ladder" to become Alternate Administrator and currently holds the position of Board President. She is an ardent supporter of the principles embodied in a worker-cooperative.
